This intervention presents a fusion of ‘right’ and ‘left’, two political terms inherited from the French Revolution. The procedure proposed by the artist consists on the variation of syllables which result in new words. This modification alludes to the antithetical connotation of some ancient terms which lack a binary separation between concepts. Due to the use of the ‘ch’ sound, these words are easily associated with the imaginary of indigenous dialects, which because of colonization processes and discriminatory dynamics that take place in Colombia, result unknown, strange and incomprehensible to the common citizen.
